The Claw is sick, and so is this drop, and I don't want to take away from that, but this isn't the best photo, the top is washed out and the colours aren't exactly crisp, but regardless, you can totally tell Darren is killing it, good job! |

Cool pic, kind of a yellowish tint going on though... Fork travel is only one factor, the spring and dampening rates matter too, a huge dual crown can be useles if it's tuned too soft... and it's not like he's landing flat, a good tranny makes all the difference |

I totally agree with you. But how much different is the north shore compared to the cascades in washington or oregon geographically? not very. Not to mention US has 10x more people, odds would be they'd have the share of pros. Main difference is we have the scene, and lucky us |

Maybe he's going for the camo look... or perhaps highlighting the bike, or he doesn't want to look like a XC flamer with bright orange and yellow, but you're right, contrast defnitely needed |

ya, it's a shitty xc bike though, check out the 6" discs in the front...someone was trying to make a budget dh bike, lesson learned haha |
